Promote Congo is a non-partisan, independent, developmental, and educational non-profit organization. It seeks to promote the human rights of the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) by providing microloans, carrying out human rights training, collaborating with grassroots organizations, and networking with the Congolese Diaspora around the world. Promote Congo also raises awareness in the United States about the human rights issues in the Congo to get Americans involved in advancing human rights and eradicating poverty.
We are based in Boston, MA and have a field office in Kinshasa, the capital of the DRC.
